Joel M. Testimonial on Full Suspension (41mm Front Cartridge Kit - 13" Dual Adjustable Touring Shocks)

I stopped by Nowaskey’s during the Sturgis Rally 2023. I spoke with Pete and told him I wanted rear shocks, to get rid of the stock Harley shocks. I’ve had several other “Brands” on multiple bikes. Some good, some not very good at all with very poor customer service. Right away I could tell Pete and his crew were very professional and knew exactly what I needed, even though I really didn’t. Pete took the time to ask me all the questions about how I ride, where I ride, and came up with the perfect fit for me on my bike. I just wanted rear shocks, so he installed for free, then told me to take a test ride and come back so he could make any adjustments. I immediately loved the feel. It was an instant game changer! Half way through the test ride I knew I was going back to get the 41mm shocks put on. Came back from the test ride and had a short conversation with Pete and made minor adjustments to the rears and had the fronts installed. I’ve been so happy with the ride, it’s perfect for me, that I just ordered 41mm and 13” 130’s (after a phone call to Pete) for my other road king! My wife is looking forward to the softail shocks coming out soon! Strongly recommend!
