Im Pete Nowaskey with Nowaskey suspension and I'd like to go over springs. First of all our springs are interchangeable with no tools on our 13 inch and longer shocks. Unfortunately on a 12 inch shock you will still need a spring compressor. We had to sacrifice something somewhere so we could maximize the travel in that 12 inch shock. However if you have a 13, 14, or a 16 inch. It's as simple as running the spring preload adjuster to the top which can also be done by hand with no tools, flip the shock over, pull the retainer out and you can remove the spring. as simple as that. Now, we have seven different spring rates available depending on your weight, riding style and application of the shock whether it be touring or dyna, so, when you go to the website and order a Nowaskey shock there is an option to click on the spring rate for your motorcycle based on your weight and if you have any questions you can call and we're happy to give you a recommendation cause remember quality over quantity is what we do at Nowaskey.
