The Hofmann Designs 2023.5–2024 Touring Air Cleaner Kit is precision-engineered to deliver peak performance and modern styling for Harley-Davidson’s newest touring models. Designed exclusively for the ’23.5 121 VVT, ’24 117, and ’24 121 engines, this air cleaner combines form, function, and innovation in one complete package.

Machined in-house from 6061 billet aluminum, the kit features a 100% bolt-on design and includes all required hardware, fittings, and gaskets for easy installation. At its core is a K&N® high-flow air filter that delivers superior airflow for enhanced engine performance and responsiveness.

Choose between a Black Anodized or Machined Aluminum faceplate, each featuring a carbon fiber insert and your choice of a Standard 5-Spoke or Directional 5-Spoke design. Despite its slim and compact profile, this air cleaner maintains full-size filter performance — with a new design that allows for improved rider ergonomics.

Thanks to the redesigned fuel tank and cam cover, the Hofmann Designs air cleaner sits tighter to the bike, allowing riders to keep their leg tucked in closer than with the factory air box — improving comfort and control.
