Pete Nowaskey has been building custom high-performance motorcycles since 2004. His business, Nowaskey Extreme Performance, has earned national recognition for its legendary builds and performance parts, driving continued growth and strong industry ties.

Matt leads digital sales and marketing at Nowaskey Performance, driving our online presence and connecting riders with the parts and services they need. With a strong understanding of the motorcycle industry and a passion for performance, Matt ensures our brand reaches enthusiasts nationwide. His strategic approach and commitment to customer engagement make him a key part of our team.

Jason brings his 20 years of warehouse operations and supply chain management experience to the Nowaskey Extreme Performance Team. Since joining the company, he has already played a key role by revamping processes and implementing a new WMS in NEP's warehouse operations. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, making to most of the outdoors alongside their four dogs. Whether it's fishing, hunting, or family adventures, he is always staying active and looking forward to the upcoming fall duck hunting season.

Jason is excited to continue growing with Nowaskey and is especially looking forward to building his own motorcycle from the ground up - a project that is already in the works. Stay tuned!

Scott is our designated and knowledgeable Shop Technician, working on each essential part of your upgraded build. He brings 28 years of Harley-Davidson shop work experience.

Scott was raised in Louisiana and is a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is looking to continue with Nowaskey to bring riders of all kinds to the road on the bike of their dreams.

Blaise is a Mechanical Engineering student minoring in Materials Science at UW-Stout, currently completing a co-op at NEP. During his stay, he has significantly enhanced operations by streamlining outbound shipping and optimizing the warehouse. Blaise ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries related to order tracking and shipping. His key technical contributions include successfully re-establishing 3D-print prototyping capabilities and leads the design and the development of new product components. He enjoys spending time at home with friends and family, cooking, playing video games, or working on projects at home.

Blaise is committed to continuing his career at Nowaskey post-graduation to further develop his expertise in mechanical engineering and master the intricacies of the manufacturing process for part production.

Dylan is an experienced powersports technician with a strong background in the sport bike and off-road industry, bringing more than five years of hands-on technical and management experience to NEP. Before entering the motorcycle industry, he began his career as a diesel technician nearly a decade ago, building a deep foundation in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical systems. Driven by a lifelong passion for motorcycles, Dylan has always enjoyed working on bikes, riding, and helping fellow riders get the most out of their machines.

Dylan joined Nowaskey with the goal of working directly on motorcycles, but his technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and dedication quickly led him into a key role in Research & Development and Technical Support. He plays an important role in product development, testing, and customer support, helping ensure riders receive reliable performance and expert guidance both on and off the track.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Senna. When he’s not around motorcycles, you’ll usually find him sim racing, or watching what he admits is probably an unhealthy amount of Suits.

Grey comes to Nowaskey Extreme Performance from odd jobs: touring musician, public school teacher, car flipper, and Twin Cities marketer. At NEP, he handles web development, advertising, and whatever else keeps the machine running.
Off the clock, he's raising two boys on a hobby farm. You'd find him reading, painting, and picking up the occasional gig.

Grey is in it for the long haul, growing his web development craft alongside NEP and helping build the definitive one-stop shop for serious Harley builds.
