Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update (we try to update this as quickly as possible.)

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We Offer a Domestic Shipping option within the United States.

• Domestic Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of Products.

International Shipping

Shipping time and cost will vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note: All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email. You will have the option to:

• Wait for the item to restock

• Replace it with a different product

• Remove the item for a full refund

We do not ship partial orders without your confirmation. We are happy to ship out partial orders if there's an additional shipping cost and the customer will be responsible for the extra fee.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Info@Nowaskey.com with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nowaskey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address and needs to be shipped to a modified or new address the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
